The 2 minute snack

I love things that are quick, easy & healthy. So here is my avizza. An avocado pizza. It’s simple and great for breakfast, midday snack or that late night indulgence.

Flaxseed crackers
Italian seasoning
Topping of your choice try:
Tomatoes, olives, peppers, zucchini, onion etc…
Spread avocado on flax crackers sprinkle with italian seasoning, salt, cracked black pepper all of which is optional and top off with your fav topping. I had tomatoes lying around so that’s what I used. I also have so much basil growing in my garden I put it on everything. Enjoy! It’s just that simple.
